So I was playing World of Warcraft, and in the middle of a fight, a VERY loud sound came from the TV.
My TV was on low volume, but this was on the highest my TV can go.
Sounded like a horn siren thingy for emergencies.
I looked at the screen,

****************AROUND ESCONDIDO, CALIFORNIA**********
That's where I live.
Oh,
10 seconds later, the alarm stopped and the emergency warning was gone
