Hm.... suggestions...
I have to agree with Talk that we should add some more variety in the background, or even a new one all the way. One thing that needs to happen is that you need to be less hesitant to ban people. If you were to do this it wouldn't have happened at all in the first place, as you even said that The Troll always spams the sections and Systema has said he was a big part in why he deleted the whole forum.
