I would be doing this more constantly, but I just recently got a new album (Bee Gees' Odessa) and I was waiting for it to rip so I could listen to it. It might rank. Who knows?

Yeah... I can see where Odessa is going... #92 - Music From The Big PinkThe Band's first release is about as Dylan inspired as one would imagine coming from a band that not only backed him, but were kindly taken under his wing. It's oddly melodic for something Dylan-esque, though, but it's also stale and only barely penetrable. An obvious grower, but a good album nonetheless. It just takes a while to get used to.

Which reminds me: I've given up on the review thread, so this'll probably be my last thread where things get ranked. Damn. That was, like, the best thread on here.

I've got nothing to say about albums anymore. :/ #91 - Vincebus EruptumWhile it may not be the perfect product, you get what you came for: tight blues. Sure, it drags, but it also rocks harder than every other album to make its way out of the 60's.

#89 - The Electric PrunesLike I said, I have a soft spot for psychedelia. Therefore, you're going to see a bunch of halfway-decent, slightly-unknown psych albums in near abundance until we reach the midpoint. As for the Prunes, they're the cream of the LA psych crop, but they only had one good album (this one). After this, it's completely banal and bland.

#87 - In-A-Gadda-Da-VidaNotice a trend here. And if you're wondering why all this psych stuff is making here, that's because none of it is actually mindblowing in the musical sense. In the... uh... illicit sense, however...
