Which reminds me: I've given up on the review thread, so this'll probably be my last thread where things get ranked.

#100 - Led Zeppelin IIISavor this moment, eh? This will be the last time you'll see Led Zep on here. While most consider Physical Graffiti or IV to be the Zep's quintessential album, this does it for me. It's everything you could ever want from them, from pounding and tight rockers to blatantly stolen blues. Yum. It has a bunch of acoustic songs, sure, but tell me that "The Immigrant Song" doesn't completely rock the shit out of "Stairway To Heaven" or something. But hey, whatever. I do also like that semi-folk feel that this thing takes on. It's mildly nostalgic, but it's not that immaculately made that it'll get higher than the hundredth spot.

"Bright light almost blinding, Black night still there shining. I can't stop keep on climbing, Looking for what I knew. Had a friend she once told me, "You got a love, you ain't lonely." Now she's gone and left me only, Looking for what I knew. I'm telling you now, The greatest thing you ever can do now, Is trade a smile with someone who's blue now, It's very easy just. Met a man on the roadside crying, Without a friend there's no denying. You're incomplete there'll be no finding, Looking for what you knew." The lyrics were so brill on Led Zepp III.

#99 - The Psychedelic Sounds of the 13th Floor ElevatorsSure, I have a soft spot for psychedelia, but this isn't as "psychedelic" as it would lead you to believe. Sure, the weird and trippiness is still there, but it's no Piper At The Gates Of Dawn. In fact, it's too bluesy to ever be some big psychedelic album. I can still enjoy it nonetheless, which is why it's on this list.

#98 - Pet SoundsOK, raise your hand if you didn't see this one coming. Sure, it's not as good as what people say it is, but I'll be damned if this isn't a good pop album. I mean, the Beach Boys always did fit the surf music bill better, and they even seemed more suited to sing carols on some old Christmas album, but this proves that even nobs can make good music if they tried. And who do we have to thank for this? The Beatles. Thank you, Revolver. Also, I would like to point out that this has everything that Sgt Pepper's did but it was released the year before. And the fact that it's actually good.

#97 - Odessey and OracleSpeaking of good pop albums... Even if they all start to sound the same after a while, there's nothing wrong with listening to that one good song over and over again. They could've saved the first song for later, though, seeing as it's the best.
