It is about getting into a strange dimension, and everything goes wrong - The space station, the teleporters, everything. You can't jump. You can flip, however. You go through this to rescue everybody on the space station. Challenge, AWESOME music, good humour, lots of replayability, the need to explore, and standout characters make this worth $15, forget about $5.

COUNTER-STRIKE: SOURCECAUTION: NEEDS MODERATELY-GOOD COMPUTER TO RUN WELLCost: $20 Where to get: SteamDemo: None Counter-Strike: Source is an updated version of the still-famous Half-Life mod Counter-Strike. This, by far, is the best Twitch(Pure reaction and precision) First Person Shooter out there, when treated right. Thing is, unlike many games, your money doesn't transfer to another server. If you leave and come back, it gets reset to the default amount. There is no respawning, unless you are playing specific mods(Zombie Mod, Zombie Escape, CSS:DM, etc). Buy a weapon and equipment, kill others, win, or lose to get money, and if you survive the round, you keep your gun. Die, and you lose your gun. If treated right, it can get you into the other side of games - The Developer Side. IMO, the vanilla CSS is OK. I love adding a ton of mods to it to make it my flavor - Zombie Escape, Surfing, CSS:DM, Minigames, and Deathrun. Not to mention it's about pure skill and money management. BUY IT.

I love Spore!  I play it at my friends house all the time. I got it for my computer awhile ago, but it can't run it without being all glitchy. |
