It will be somewhat like Halo, or so I think. I've already pre-ordered it, so I'll review it on the 15th. ~Mendiboi At least in Halo, there's not much advantage as Black Ops In Halo, both teams get vehicles. In Black Ops, It's you vs. a Cobra(Attack Heli), a Hewing(Chopper Gunner), A shitload of turrets and RC-XDs, and god knows how many Napalm Strikes, Blackbirds, and B-52s(Rolling Thunder) Thing about Homefront is that as the game progresses, people start being able to buy tanks, helicopters, RPGs, robots, and a ton more. So imagine if your team fails at the beginning.

Watch a gameplay trailer of Homefront. It is 80% Call of Duty. The no recoil The ADS(Aiming Down Sight) The hit indicator The action The knife The way the bodies fall The checkpoints And the rest of that is either Battlefield or Half-Life 2. Story is similar to Half-Life 2(Rebellion against an overpowering force, female sidekick, etc) So NO. DON'T BUY IT. Go buy a different game. Seriously What the fuck. The things you listed as 'Call of Duty', are some basic needs in an FPS. ADS is quite important in FPS games. The way the bodies fall? Fuck, does that mean anything? Does the dropping of a character model mean much? The action? The ACTION? FPS ACTION? THE ACTION THAT IS PRESENT IN 3 QUARTERS OF FPS SHOOTERS?

As in the twitch-based(Commonly in FPS games), NO-NEED-FOR-HEADSHOT, action. Look at Garry's Mod. ADS makes an improvement in accuracy, but NOT AS HUGE AS CoD'S ADVANTAGE. That's what Homefront has. CoD-sized ADS advantage.
